I've seen several videos that capture the screen. What is good software that I can get either for free or cheap to do that? Thanks.

if u need capture imagen use imageShack

and for a video use youtube

ScreenHunter for just the capture.
However, you can also just use the "print screen" button and paste into the 'Paint' program.

I know how to do screen shots, I was talking about video. I got camstudio and it seems to work. Thanks.
