Be more specific. What don't you understand?

That "megaupload thing" is just a hosting website. The only thing you download from the site is the video itself. Follow the steps on the screen to download the video to a folder on your computer where you can find it easily (some folks just put it on the desktop). When the video is done downloading, just click the video file on your computer and your default video player should start it up.
