wicked wicked. Will be there; it just looks like I'll have to postpone my pre-st patty's day drinking for a few hours though.

Was actually just about to request another premium event, but ya beat me to it

Hmm - I will be in Amsterdam. But I am taking my laptop and I am sure that they have internet access in my hotel. So it will be 10:00 or 11:00 pm there and I will have been smoking something in a cafe.....

Maybe I shouldn't risk my cash lol. Or risk my husband roaming around in the red light district while I play poker.

Then you will know why I play the way I do.

Might have to book a day off for this one.

Can it not be shunted back a day or 2? 5pm on a Friday's obviously no good for employed East Coast and Canadian players, and it's 2 or 3 pm West Coast. Just common sense to move it to Saturday or Sunday.

i hear ya ian, and its not a moan from me, friday night 10.00pm is perfect for me

but if pokerstars is gonna be our major port of call, and imo it's where the best stuff happens with CC, then friday afternoon for a good cut of our members just don't seem the best time

i ain't moaning, just easing in suggestions, where they may fit :-)

It is a moan from me - I can not make any of the CC money added events. Events are mid-afternoon on Friday (Stars) which is catering to the UK players. As Rob said above, it doesn't work well for anyone who works 9-5 in North America. The other money added events (which I don't whine about) are on a site Canadians can't play on (BoDog.) I don't mind there being a few I can't make because of scheduling, but not being able to make any at all is a bit frustrating. If we made all the money added events for 21:00 EST on a Wednesday I'm sure there would be complaining from the UK group as well.

Moan or not it is true that there are a number of us who are unable to participate in the Friday afternoon events at Poker Stars because of our work schedules. It is true that given his much notice I could probably schedule a day off but, taking a day off work to invest $25 in a poker game I have little chance of winning, what if Senator Frist finds out?

Could you maybe have discovered the reason for the insane bills' birth ?

Disgruntled senator can't make a game and so not to miss out in the future - bans it !

^^^^^^^^
THIS......

and for those of us that are completely screwed during the week, having big $$$ events on the weekends would be great.

I'm not sure if my opinion counts for anything or not since I am pretty new here but Friday at 5 is very bad for me as well. I don't get home from work until about 6. Anyway just my 2 cents. I'd love to play but can't at that time.

everybodys opinon counts. it is a forum made up of a diverse group of people each with their own opinon. but there is always someone who cannot make the tourney. everybodys schedule is different. perhaps you can make another cc event. we have them frequently
