I'm glad you bumped this. I just checked my email, and my rep said that the ticket should be credited to your account within 24 hours after the tournament finishes. So you should receive it sometime before 7:30pm EST. Let me know when it hits your account.

I'm waiting for an answer back as to whether or not this will be the standard procedure for awarding the tournament ticket.
