Of course.

Actually it's nearly the only site through which I can support CC. Already have accounts at Full Tilt, PokerStars, Pacific. And Party refuses deposits from French residents.

Patience. It generally takes about an hour after you've made your posts for that forum to appear.

As a new member, I am looking forward to playing in this event. I do like BoDog so not sure why all the hating going on. I understand the level of play is fairly high so this should be fun. I'm sure my $10 will go to my education on Poker, but maybe I'll get lucky.

Its not so much hate - its just not as smooth or easy to use as other sites

The play can be higher than your normal internet sng or cash game - but even so if you get lucky who knows (even AG wins them sometimes )

Yeah, I know . . . I don't like that software very much. . . .

But, after all my attempts to win some T$s over the weekend failed miserably you've nonetheless twisted my arm enough to re-deposit, so I'm in! (Bodog just happens to have a 100% reload bonus right now, so that helped a little bit. . . .)

Anyway, PLEASE (with sugar on top), just let me win this one to make it all worthwhile, ok?!!

AA vs. AA

Wow. So I signup at Bodog to join you, register in a SNG to get used to their software, and I get a great sighting already.

If this was a cash game, people would be shouting "RIGGGGED"! :-)

Why? Happens everywhere, and the chop is to be expected. . . . Caught a final table from the WSOP 07 on ESPN last night, and one hand came down AA vs AA vs KK with all three AIPF. . . .

Yeah, the only "catch" with the reload bonus is that you have to earn all your points (10/$1) in 30 days and they don't pay any it until the end of that 30 days -- I'm also working on bonus dollars on Carbon, so I'm not sure it's worth taking time away from my Carbon play to try and earn those Bodog dollars. . . .

Donk draws? Rob shoved on you in both cases.

I was totally card and situationally dead today.

I was getting decent cards, but always in the wrong spot at the wrong time, and I couldn't get any action on my premium hands -- I, for one, wouldn't have minded one or two "donk calls" today when I was holding kings and aces . . . I tried to hang on with the occasional blinds I collected, but that's not enough to make a final table. I guess I misplayed my AJ at the end when I got knocked out by the big stack's KQ, but if I shoved PF he probably would've called anyway and the outcome is the same . . . oh well.

Out on a bad beat again. Looks to me like I'm cursed in CC events.

I have K5, villain (LKport) calls my all in check raise with QJ on a KJ9 flop. A third J comes on turn. T on river to push it a bit further to by making it a straight.

I know, he has 9 outs, so I'm only 64% favorite. Still...

First hand I pushed post flop. I knew I was probably behind but I had outs for a flush, possible Ace out, plus some fold equity. It was one of those hands which i was either going to win a nice pot, or have an early trip to a comfy bed.

2nd hand, you raised me preflop, I called and got lucky. Most chips went in post flop

I didn't know you have Aces and Kings, you are aware of that!?

well, gg Katy suppose

not 100% sure about this one though (thanks to Bodog for having the shittest HH possible)

Me 3c 5h 1200 BB 23K chips

Katy 4d 6s 600 Sb - call 600 17K chips

flop 5s Qh 2d

Me bet 1500
Katy call 1500

Turn 7d

Me bet 2480
Katy call 2480

River 6c

Me bet 2960
Katy call 2960

?

I must have sucked out 5 or 6 times (though wasn't dealt much after first 30 mins) so can't complain (and I won a 6 player $12 SnG whilst enduring the tortuous early levels

Bet your hand. I call check-raises more often than big raises because I want to punish the check-raise if possible. You shoved like you were desperate. You were, with the weak kicker, but looked like mid pair to me. So bet your hand first or whine no more check raiser

I check raise because I'm worried that top pair shitty kicker is not good enough in a 4 way pot. I figure that with such a drawing board a K big kicker needs to bet hard at this flop. Your min bet from the BTN screems you don't have a K and my hand is best.

By the way, I don't question your call. Given the size of stacks and pot at this point, I think you had reasonable pot odds to call even if you knew I had a K, and even more if you factor in the odds I'm bluffing.

I'm just mad at the poker gods who won't let me cash in a CC event, and keep kicking me out of the tournament in big pots where I'm 2 to 1 favorite.

Well, in this particular hand, he did "punish" my check raise because he called with proper pot odds and that decreased my EV.

But I do wish we play again against each other if that is indeed the rationality behind his call...

yes, ignore the rest of my post about it looking desperate and more like a PP. I am a donk, I will tell you every time that I am a donk. I randomly hit buttons and giggle at the results. Easy to beat me, do not be concerned with any percieved "skill"
