Ultimatebet responses to Honky in last freeroll
Did anyone who emailed Ultimatebet about the Honky69 and Honky6969 users get any response from UB? I haven't, was wondering if anyone else did. I am assuming they just tossed the emails, as usual but thought I would ask in case someone there remembered customer service and did something.

I emailed them, but my email has been ignored. I did receive a reply about two days later to another email that I sent about someone being abusive in chat, but that related to one of their own tournies. Maybe they are less interested in policing private tournaments?

Honestly - expecting them to research possible mulriple accounts in freerolls is probably expecting too much. I would be shocked to discover that on the top of any site's list of things that need to be done.

Every time I register in a freeroll with Ultimatebet I receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email for their own freerolls shows the return address as support@ultimatebet.com, but on the private freerolls it's shown as noreply@ultimatebet.com

Just been through the thread...I sent an email or two...lol(maybe 5-6) and have gotten only one response. They said they were looking into the "unfortunate situation" and would let me know any new findings. I cited tourney and table numbers with each email I sent and none of this info was even referenced with their response ....probably tossed with the rest. Shame on them...lol
Anyone know whitemeat 454? He's a CC member...any response? He knows Honky69/Honky6969....I know that. He came by our table at least 3 different times...I sat thru the entire thing with that thief, until I got dumped, that is. Last edited by wildjax : 30-03-2008 at 4:50 AM. I received two responses today.
First was form letter saying they would send it to security department. Second was form letter from security department basically saying they were going to look into it but it is sometimes hard to determine if someone cheats. I would think checking two accounts to see if the information was the same would be pretty simple. Maybe a database lookup is beyond their capability. I've added the honker to my buddy list, the only times I've seen him play since the freeroll are in the play money games. |
