Was wanting to play the 5.00+.50 tourney tonight on ultimate bet,how ya get the password for that 1 can any1 help?

I believe in order to get a password to a cardschat buy in tourney you have to have a minimal of 15 quality posts.
But as soon as you get those posts in you will be able to find the passwords at this link http://www.cardschat.com/f30/

I played two freerolls (Wednesdays) and I am very new to this site - is this a new rule to have 15 post?

No - the rule is only for buy-ins, not freerolls.
