UK (And world) friendly tournaments...

I'd love to take part in a few of the weekly tournaments you hold on here. They seem like good fun, and played it good spirits.

However, one stumbling block I usually come across when wanting to play is the time. For me to play in the tournament tomorrow, I'd have to stay up while 1am - (I have to be up for work at 5am). So it's not really much good.

I understand the main % of players are probably US based, but would it be possible to run a tournament(s) for players who are based in the UK/Europe to be able to play at a reasonable hour i.e. 8pm UK time?

Yes - we have 2 tournaments during the week that start at 3pm est (Mon pokerstars and Wed Bodog freeroll when it starts back). We wil also have the Bodog buy-in on Tues at 5pm est. Then we have tournaments at 1:30pm and 5:30pm est on both Sat and Sun every week. Special events are usually held mid-day on the weekends.

So - there are quite a few already that accommodate UK time. I don't see that expanding much - frankly those early mid-week tournaments don't get the best turnouts, but we do them to try to cover more time zones for our members.
