how come cardschat is advertising the pokerstars at 500pm and pokerstars has it at 200pm

No, not for a while yet. They wont be back until the CCOP is over..see here

Pokerstars freerolls won't start again until sometime in mid/late December, i don't know when the CCOP is over but probably a week or two after that depending on the holidays I would imagine.
