Pokerstars 100$ more money$

well honestly i caint complain a freeroll for free money is nothing to complain about, but i was wondering why the pokerstars freeroll is so low.....why not 350$ like fulltilt, just wonder.let me know thanks

I think we would all like to see bigger payouts, but someone has to put up the cash. Sure they make millions on the rakes, but they do have a large number of other payouts they give away. Besides the FR's, they offer dozens of other giveaways, or prize added payouts.

Their micro MTT's for instance have $50 and $100 added, that's in addition to the player pool. They run those 5 or 6 times a day. Sundays are the Round 2 events, $1,000 prize pool. The list goes on.

Add these all up and they are giving a LOT back to the players, just not all in one place or event.

I'm pretty sure OP is referring to the Cardschat freerolls held at each site.

So does Cardschat front the prize money in the private tournaments they run? Are we allowed to run our own private tournaments on Poker Stars?

Cardschat fronts the prize money. The Full Tilt Poker amount was just raised, and I am sure many things go into the consideration of amounts.

You can set up your own tournament on PokerStars when you have enough FPPs, I think 2000. It is a privilege granted by PS, not by Cardschat. Several people from Cardschat have set up tournaments recently and advertized them here; you may have noticed.
