just wondering???

You say that the $200 tourny on fulltilt is a FREEROLL,but all i see is that it cost $5.50.Or is there something i am missing? Will the password let me in without paying or is it a pay tourny with $200 added to the prizepool?Cause if its strictly a pay tourny, why even have a password why not let anyone join?

Where does it say that it's a freeroll

Because they're supposed to be tournaments for members of this site...

?

Under the heading CARDCHAT.COM FREEROLLS 5 sticky threads.1st locked thread says FULLTILT $200 FREEROLL.And isnt the point of a buyin tourny to have as many buyins as you can?Wouldnt it be better with 300 people, rather then the 100 or so who have real money on fulltilt.I will put money on there to play but would rather play a buyin tourny with lots of people. So i can win more.

We have both a FR and a $5.50 buy-in on Full-tilt, both with $200 added.

For the FreeRoll, yes. For the buy-in game, no.

Because it is not strictly a pay tourney. It is a private, money-added pay tourney. The buy-in games hosted by CardsChat are restricted to forum members that have 15 or more quality posts. So anyone that wants to play has to come here, sign up, and contribute in a meaningful fashion. The freeroll is for forum members only as well, however they do not have a post count requirements. Why would we put up any money added game that was open to anyone without connection to this forum? That's not the point of the games. Those games are marketing purposes and for rewarding current forum members.

Hope that helps.

Well there is a $5.50 FT variety game tonight (tonight's game is 6max NLHE). The regular $5.50 buy-in and Freeroll are on the weekend.

You can check out the calendar for all of our upcoming games.
