Yes

I just say 1 player dump all of his chips to his buddy..He saved 5 so that he could fold and lose..It was a 3k chip pot between Alpha-Wolf and All-in-Hand....There was 3k in the pot on the turn and all in hand bet and Alpha dog rasied because "all in hand" had 5 chips left.....They are colliding and i believe if Alpha-Wolf wins any money he should not get it....

bigntasty ended up at the same table where trask 21 AND 23 were at. Along with this donkey. Dad (23) did dump but not to son, and it really was just a bad beat type thing.

Wow, all the time I see people typing in at the poker sites that they are rigged, certain players win all the time and they are there just to make the rake bigger. LOL Now I am reading here that our members are pulling off stunts to increase their stack. HOGWASH
The whole idea behind, "I do believe" a poker forum is all about is to meet new online friends and to pass along better playing methods.
Also to have a lot of laughs. So lets not worry about who is cheating who and just enjoy our time together.

AMEN
Zorba, Perish was saying that we don't need to "worry" about who is cheating who. If folks have a particular situation going on at a table, most sites have a reporting funstion for "Real Time" problems at the table. I woldn;t mind hearing about how someone was able to get somebody booted for cheating but it really serves no purpose for us to sit around crabbing about cheaters.

I have known people to get together and cheat, but not on a freeroll. What is the point? Most don't pay to much, and there are tons of people in them. I worry more when it is a reg table game.

whatever freerolls bigger money games anyone cheating should be punished. there are too many people who enjoy the game to let a few cheaters destroy the fun.

Thank you Panama, yes I know there are cheaters.
But, I feel that the poker sites that (are in charge) should be able to regulate more. As far as 1 person with 5 names, lol, I would think he would have to use 5 computers also.So is that really cheating.Yea I suppose so, but he has his work cut out for him. Not to mention way too much time on his hands.lol
I'll be more to the point on my further posts so I am not considered by some as "stupid".
Keep up the great work people.

dont be a fool and think it's not possible to cheat.
Even with so called "Boiler Room" where 1 users sits in front of 4-5 pc's or more and play at the same table with diferrent net connection, either cable, dsl, dial-up or wifi from his neighbor or.... it's possible and those pc's are cheap today so almost everyone can cheat and have at least 2-5 pc at one table with diferrent names.

I saw few guys on those freerolls that they was playing with names i.e.:
johndoe211
johndoe212
johndoe213 etc....
I saw that on many tables.

The best thing to do is to make a screenshot from your table and enlarge those names and send to poker site so they can ban them and forfit their winning for cheating/collusion etc...
Also send an email/pm to local admins from this forum so they can take action too.
That's my advice.

Greetings,

dino

good information here. If you know of someone having multiple accounts the site wants to know. That is breaking the terms and policy. Most if not all poker sites allow you to have 1 name. ONLY! Deposit on 1 name. They can lose their accounts and any $ in them. Take the screen shot or just email their support address and report the names. They can trace the ip address and their account information! Cheating isn't fair or right! But it happens everyday. Either in poker or on spouse etc.
Good luck!

The 'I Eat xxx's are nothing to worry about. They have their own forum and all their members have 'I eat' type names. They're cool people, I think a few are members here and sometimes invite us to their freerolls/buy-in games.

I have to agree with you on this one why would people waste there time trying to cheat on a freeroll I have definately felt they were cheating on the real money games espeacially the tables with 6 players and your playing against five players that all know each other. They definately do this I watched it on TV they all sit in the same room with 5 computors. So Beware

sure does happen,.. 'collusion',. even on the freerolls! As far as the $ tourneys go (sng's) I believe you'll see it if you play in many of them. A couple of guys from the small town I live in were actually banned from Fulltilt for collusion. Maybe a new online poker book oppurtunity?? How to not lose $30,000 per month in online poker or maybe "Two for One Poker!-- Find out now how you can double your chances of winning!!"

I can't believe that any one would think that some cheating is not going on. When ever there is any $ to be made someone will figure out a way to cheat the system. It's unfortunate but, true.

I'm glad this thread was revived as I missed this first time round.
I wasn't saying you are stupid, just the comment was, we should be worried about ppl cheating, cheating is wrong and I do not condone it, the comment I made about comming to my place was meant tongue in cheek. sorry if I offended you.
