How to participate in these freerolls?

I know one has to sign up through the CC promo codes, but do we need to have certain hands played? do we participate in only one tourny? more information (or an old thread would be helpful)

If its a freeroll you just need to be a CC member and have an acct ready to go in the poker room with the freeroll. Its also a good idea to be a contributing member here at CC. Folks seem to like that.

ok, u just have to have an account at cc to participate in the majority of the freerolls, u dont even need to sign up thru the cc promo codes{except for the titan freeroll,}
only requirement for FR is that u have an account at cc
