No not generally, I'm sure a mod will check out the offender. there may be nothing the can do short of banning them, that is only if they know their CC member name

Please don't blame Cardschat. No forum can screen for this kind of behavior. It is just the sad reality of the world we live in.

Something needs to be done about SVB21408, he says he is not a member and a friend gives him the pass, and he has been using some very obscene language towards CC and its members

It is a good idea to have members supply ID's to sites, but it is not going to happen for 2 reasons:

1. One of the main purposes of CC is to attract members who are NOT currently w/ any site to sign up using CC bonus codes. So when signing up to CC, some members may not have log ins to all of the sites yet

2. It would take a massive amount of time to compile a list of logins for existing members.

Also you won't find any of the regular members acting in a childish manner. The ones who do are either not members (getting a pass from someone on here), or signed up just for freeroll passes. I have seen members who signed up over 2 years ago that only have 5 or 6 posts, but regularly play in the freerolls. It sucks, but that's the way it is...

What site is this?

Seems to be almost worthy of a total ban not just a chat ban.

(almost cause the site likely wants to continue taking their money)

Anyway ship the chat off to customer support.
If they are in the next tourney at least no one will have to 'listen' to them.

Grow up!!!

9 The pandering over this guy's cries for help is comical . I really don't understand that , but if anyone is curious, this is what happened. The hero had position on me at the table , he was trying to be the table bully...... that and his screen name got me a bit fired up...then I raised with a good hand had some calls bet big , hero chased his straight and rivered me ...fine I called him a Donk then reviewed the hand and asked how he could call a 3X BB raise with J , 9 offsuit ? then someone else made a comment about how they expected better play in a CC freeroll . Then he asked everyone to not harrass him I said ok donk.......Then he busted out a few hands later with some ridiculous hand ...whatever I think that if this guy FOLDEMSTUPID is gonna have such an offensive screenname, he is inviting negative comments so grow some thicker skin, or change your screenname.
I have played a bunch of poker over the last threee months . This site has been a great resource I am not the type to goat people , but just wanted to explain the manhunt is over I am turning myself in.

Was this at Ultimatebet or Bodog? Offensive chat needs to be reported to support at the site. We can not ban people from the sites.

As far as here goes you can forward a copy of the chat to a mod and we will take action if needed and if we know which of our members were involved.

Glad you turned yourself into the CC FR Chat Police.

Bad Chat! Bad Chat!
A-whatcha gonna do?
A-whatcha gonna do when chat mods come after you?

Honestly, Eggie, if thats all you say is what happened, then it doesnt seem that bad. I dont know, I wasnt there. It just seems like typical, FR, get-upset-over-a-bad-play/hand/player banter that someone is taking way to seriously. Happens all the time. Im not taking sides, because I dont know both stories and i didnt witness it, but thats just my take on it.

Well glad you stepped forward and said your side of the story. I don't think that you can judge people based on their screennames tho. I can understand being upset about a suck out, but not to the point of name calling. Is there really a need for it? Is it going to change the results?

I see this is your first post so technically you weren't even a member of CC till now?? Which therefore is a violation that you were even in the FR.

Welcome to CC.

You can obtain the password as a registered member, you don't need to have posted.
