I found this site through the green tie poker freeroll section. They had a cardschat friday freeroll advertisted there. But I can't find info about it on these forums? I did a search for green tie and didn't find anything.. am I doing something wrong? registration closes in 15 minutes!

After a little more research, I realized you're right, green tie and ultimate bet use the same network. Just different marketing to different target audiences. The ultimate bet password worked on green tie.
