freerolls suck

I check next guy goes all in. guy next to me folds, I call. cards flip over I got a flush other guy has A,5 off. yeah you guessed it a 5 on the river and the moron A,rag player hits a full boat to beat my flush.

If I play A rag I lose every time. I play against A rag I lose every time. what good does it do to play good decent hands if your going to constently lose to the morons. I have almost had it will online poker.

Of course everyone says play real money. The sad part is I don't have the bucks to play the upper levels, and the lower levels are no better than a freeroll.

I'm at a point in my poker life where I feel I should just hang it up because the frustration just isn't worth it.

Seems the only games I enjoy are the ones I play against fellow cardchat members in the freeroll's and $5 Ultimatebet buy in.

Don't mean to be mean but you aren't ready to play for $$$ yet.

1) W/ 5 limpers ATs is not a raising hand. If you do raise make it 10xBB here. Don't min bet on that flop, bet 3/4 to full pot and fold to a reraise.

2) Don't limp QQ, make what should be your standard raise 3x-4x

3) Bet your flush on that turn but I doubt that you would have foled out the 2P so this is just a cooler.

I agree with some of the original posters. I think the freerolls should utilize a turbo or super turbo approach...would shorten the length of the game...and make the sitters gamble..or blind out quick...A fun way to play a freeroll...without wasting half your day....IMO..by the way..I'm new to this forum...thank you admins for starting up such a wonderful site...and I welcome any and all criticism/critique of my posts and play....I suck at poker...heheh

I agree with you Jilly, I don't think I will ever be at the level of playing for real money.

and the freeroll bad news continues. bet AK suited 8X BB. guy calls with 10,2 off suit and hits trip 10's.. I am becoming a firm believer that the morons get the rewards in freerolls.

Playing in the cardschat bodog at 3:05 hope it goes better.

that would be heads-up, wouldn't it? in the 4-way all-in that occurred (QQ vs TT vs A5 vs A7), i would be surprised if QQ won in over 30% of the cases.

Back in the day, when freerolls were big, I won over 4000 dollars in them, so i like freerolls.
