I have never tried Titan, but I may. I get a bit weary of playing play chips on sites and need to build an account bankroll of real and Playchips are ok to learn with, but not much of a motivation when there are things I need to do that don't simply provide entertainment without any real residual motivation. Besides I need the stress lol.

Thanks.

Sorry Lonnie, but Titan is not open to US players. Not even for freerolls.

Reading this thread reminds me how much I loved to play at TITAN before they dropped USA players.....sigh And the sad part is, I'm sure they will eventually become avail to us again, but only after the USA figures out how to tax my winnings!!

As far as I know, it should be up in the lobby. You mean to say it's not?

Man, I am not happy... I recently signed with Titan via another offer but would have signed through CC if I knew about this FR. Why is it a big secret? This kind of incentive should be in flashing neon letters somewhere... I am not happy with this at all, can something be done?

Its hardly a secret - every month there are loads of people asking when Titan are gonna actually put it in the lobby, this time it was 3 days before the 'monthly' tourney is on

I would have thought the big banner on the homepage, as well as in the rotation at the bottom of every other page, advertised on our titan poker review (linked to top left of every page) as well as sticky threads is enough visibility. If it's not then I'm obviously not advertising it properly?!?

Game started, went to my table, 9 ghosts, logged out, couldn't log back in, reboot computer and get access violation, still can't log in. Made it after 5 more tries, went down to 290 in chips after my AA was cracked by 1010 but made the final table.

How lame! Sorry about that guys. Did the tournament just play out, and whoever was lucky enough to place did, or did they eventually stop it?

Nick has emailed his Titan rep. Since the game eventually got up and running, I don't know if they'll do anything, but you never know. And yeah, lots of strange "faces".

The game played out, it just took a lot of people a long time to log on to the site and of course where the numbers for this game are ridiculously low anyway, I supose there were the usual sitters who hope to make the cash. btw Ian, that's me in 9th.

Delighted to say, I was fortunate enough to win last nights freeroll. Many thanks to Cardschat for giving me the opportunity. Whilst I've not made many posts, I've read through several threads on here that have given me some top tips that certainly helped me last night. I look forward to entering again next month. Again, many thanks.

Site nick added to profile - although when I read the rules when I joined Cardschat, I don't remember this being compulsory.

The 50 post rule seems very sensible to me. It rewards people who have made a reasonable contribution to Cardschat with passwords. I don't get those passwords yet, and I don't feel I deserve them.

I joined Titan via the Cardschat link. My understanding was that this entitled me to enter Titan's monthly freeroll irrespective of the number of post's I've made. Mods - If I've broken any rules by entering this freeroll please let me know, in which case I'll be happy to donate my winnings to a charity chosen by Cardschat.

You haven't broken any rule regarding the Titan game, the new rules came into effect 1st August for the other freeroll games.

Correct. The 50 post rule does not apply to this one. There are other requirements in place for it.

Sorry my friend, but the simple answer is no you are not eligible, to be eligible for this $1000.00 freeroll at Titan you must have downloaded the Titan software from a cardschat link and have made a deposit there, but dont worry about that there are lots more freerolls and buy in games available from cardschat for you to play.
