That indicates to me that the freerolls did not end on the original timeline, but were prematurely aborted. I'd love to know why. Prior to today's weekly final, there are only 100 registered finalists. That means only 200 seats will be filled for the finals. Plenty of room for more, so overcrowding isn't an issue. And the daily qualifiers usually saw 1500 to 2500 participants, so it wasn't a lack of response. Spilt milk, I suppose, but I wish I had a contact at UB beyond the support team, which is a brick wall.

and they just did the exact same thing with the TV tourney freeroll promo. they papered the internet over with ads, then disconnected the freeroll sats barely a week or so into the promotion. now you can buy into the $5 sats to qualify.
very clever, isnt it? sucker them by promoting a freeroll to your big event, and then once they sign up, pull the plug so theyre tempted to deposit to play the real money sat structure.
repeat process as needed.

i admit i only downloaded Ultimatebet to give it a shot for aruba later on this summer, after the WSOP (the $3 sats, not the freerolls), but with every canceled major freeroll promo, they're losing more and more of their credibility in my eyes.
