Your thoughts
Hi guys, im currently sitting on a 390 dollar bankroll, started with 150 this month after a bad streak, after regrouping and analyzing my game quite a bit, and i am pretty decent at heads up sng games so i try to stick with that, not geting tempted to go into the MTT on stars.
I started playing 6 dollar matches at 150, when i hit 200 i moved up to 10 and 11 dollar ones and have been doing well there, i am up to 390 and i wanted to ask you when you would think i should step it up to 20-23 dollar matches. I repeat, i am pretty decent heads up but i have usualy get tempted by the MTT and MT sitandgos so i recon is i just keep in playing heads up matches i can do fine, i just seem to get inside the other players head at heads up and i have a pretty good winning persentage. Nice tactic, not playing to fanzy, trapping people, mixing it up with well timed agression. When I hit 400, do you think i should move up or should i keep on playing the 10 dollar ones until i have more cover when i move up. Sorry my grammar, cheers! karohin And one more, do you think the level of play is better as you move up from 10 to 20. From what ive experiences it seems to be easyer to play the 20 dollar matches for some reason. |

HU SnGs are probably the highest variance game you can play. I'd want at least 50 buy-ins at a given level before moving up.
I know you're not close to that for the level you are playing currently so you're probably going to disregard this advice, but it is where I would feel comfortable. |
