YAY I won today!!

Well a local home manufacturing place here in town had a tournament today. Started at 11am and we finshed up around 3:30. We had three tables, two of 10 and one of 9, so a total of 29 people.

First place was a really nice new Stanless Steel Grill
Second was a $200 gift card to Lowes
Thrid was a $100 gift card to Lows

I didn't want the grill I was working for the $200 gift card. It came down to two of us and I told the guy I really don't need a grill, and I have no place to put it, so we ended the game and I took the gift card he got the grill!

We played outside in the sun untill it came down to the final table then we went into the air conditioning!! I'm burnt, I mean burnt!! I could roast hot dogs on my arms they burn so bad!!

Just thought I would share with you all!!! Now I'm going to cake my arms and neck in lotion!!

Hey I love how that worked out, you both got what you wanted, excellent post.

I did the same thing in absolute poker, I knew I could not beat the chip leaders so I told the guy I would rather have the mug than the hat, got enough darn hats, he was happy and I was happy. That is the one cool thing about poker when its down to the final table, its called lets make a deal. Enjoy your shopping spree there, you earned it.

I didn't mine giving up the grill, the day I singed up I told my wife I wanted the gift card anyway. I need to buy some paint and tile...All in all the sunburn was well worth it, but I garuntee I'll be hating tommorow.
