wtf is wrong with my pokertracker, halp please

so i still have PT2 because im gonna be getting a new PC soon and i don't want to waste one of my PT3 codes (i think you only get 2 per purchase?) on this piece of junk

the problem is on pokerstars as it seems to work fine on other sites (full tilt, ultimate bet). i'll get stats on my table for like 2 hands but then it will stop for a while, or randomly decide not to give me stats on certain players at the table. i have it set to refresh stats every two hands

in the auto-import it keeps saying: "Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 1 new hand(s) were imported."

i check the error log and it's several lines of:

No flop found for tournament game #18177789392.
No river found for tournament game #18178528780.
No turn found for tournament game #18181441468.

i did repair a data base and it said it worked successfully, but the problem doesn't cease. anyone got any idea what's wrong?

download new patch, i had the same thing like 2 weeks ago and the patch solved that shit.
