No, the WSOP isn't just the Main Event $10,000 buyin, there's like 50+ events all with many different buyin levels, so there is obviously a $2500 buyin tourney as well. That's probably the seat they are giving away at that site.

WSOP Visa Card for buy-ins
I didn't know where to ask this. But it seems to be related to this posting for you are talking about seating in WSOP tourney. Here's what I found http://www.cardfusion.com/cardinfopages/infopage63873.php . Supposedly this is an offer from Bank of America, but there's no information about this card on their site. It let’s cardholders to use their cash back bonus points for buy-ins on WSOP. Any ideas? Any details on how to use that?

No, it's correct.. You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, AKA charge to the card and pay off. But they charge about 100 points for every $1 in value of the prize. Example: You need to redeem 5000 points for a $50 gift card. So, in essence, it is 1% earning.

well at least something
Well, at least something
So, you can actually get cashback and then go and buy whatever you want or get a gift card, not just WSOP stuff. Are there any discounts for using that card at WSOP's site? |
