hi! i was wondering if you can actually go to a casino (preferably not online) to qualify for the world series???

Yes you can. Check out the World Series of Poker website and click on events. You'll get a list of the upcoming satellite events and where they are at.

Yes, any Harrah's owned casino will have some kind of satellite tourney for entry into the WSOP or $10,000.

I just woke up so dont quote me on this but I believe that I saw somewhere that the WSOP is holding satellites in several cities all over the world.
