Wrong payout?

Had a dollar from a freeroll, entered a turbo .60 cent sng on Ultimatebet. I placed 2nd and got paid as if I got third, I emailed them and no reply yet. Only a .45 cent difference but man its a pissoff.

Strange man. .45 cents is .45 cents. Let us know if they fix that for you.

Yeah, .45 cents isnt much, but I only had around a 1.60 all together after the sng, I should have had a little over $2. The .45 is a diff for me because im playing with freeroll winnings, I emailed them and am awaiting a reply.

That's the Ultimatebet way. They're probably trying to make up for all that money they had to return to those who got taken by Potripper & Co, now that they're in with Absolute. But in all seriousness, I'm frankly amazed this can happen. Good luck on the 'no reply' (also the Ultimatebet way ). Let us know if they get back to you, or even if they don't.

I have had that same problem happen to me on the cake network before.
I played several sng's and they didnt cash me for one of them.
I had to research all of my past tourneys and logs upon sending suport an email, took them 2 days and me around 2hours just to get my 4.00 from them.
Kinda a pain but at least I got my money outta them.

No reply yet, I dont think im gonna bother, won 1st place in another and got almost $4 now, made me feel a little better. I figure they dont care about me since im a non depositor and am playing with freeroll winnings so they could care less what money I lose. Hopefully it doesnt happen again, or if it does ill have some type of proof. Guaranteed if i sent them a pic of their application glitching theyd be kissing my ...yknow..

Why wait for it to happen again? Do you have such pic? I'd send it to them along with a note saying you've posted the problem on Cardschat, and we're all awaiting an answer. Just add that detail to the last email you send them, put '2nd request' in the subject, and shoot it off. Light a fire under their a$$.

That was a glitch in the server, in which Phil reported himself I have heard. I didn't say I had a pic, I was stating that if I had one, they would be my best friend and do everything to help me. Still no reply, I dont feel like bothering with it because it would just make me more upset than I already was/am. I may send another email with less politeness in it, but if no reply I feel like im in a position where I cant do anything, because on my stats it shows 3rd even though I had placed 2nd but I cant even prove it other than stating I have no reason to lie about what place I got and what I got paid. I wish I had remembered the first place and third place to see what they got paid or even to say that I was in the heads up.

They replied and reimbursed my .45 cents, they seemed real nice about it and apologized for my wait and thanked me for my patience. More than I expected but I only think its because I let them know about people being curious about the whole situation.

wow that sucks. I hope that never happens to me. Fortunately, those things are very, very rare. I've never heard of anyone else not getting paid the right amount.
