Wow, What a hand
How could it get better than this. I was dealed 10,5 The flop was 5,5,10. I did a sneakyy little check. Everyone else checked. 4th street was another 10. Wow a double full house. I bet 3 times the BB. Someone raised me 2000. I called. The river was another 5. Quads for me or a double full house. The same guy raised 5000. I went all in and he called. I ended up raking in 24,000. It don't get much better than this lol. It sure helped make up for some of the suckouts that have put me out of tourneys. Anyway I thought I would share this with you.

I Didn't find the hand history but I found the screenshot. I got the flop backwords it was 10,10,5 and then the last 5,5. But it was still good results. What fun. ![]() Last edited by Str8_ace_hi : 21-09-2007 at 5:14 PM. |

Actually, those extra fives and tens should have hurt you. You want other players to have second best hands, which they can't do if you have ALL the matching cards. You won as much as you did becuase you were playing with idiots. Q7o????????
But that aside, great hand and lots of fun. I just makes you feel good, even if you don't win that much. That did happened to me once. I had Q9o and every board card was a Q or 9. This was many years ago and to this day I hate to fold Q9. It just seems wrong to fold a hand with such great potential. ![]() |

re: Wow, What a hand
"Nickle and diming" them to death, eh? (That's my nickname for that hand... I dunno if somebody already gave it a name, but yeah.)
10 5 is one of my favourite hands for this very reason. Won a huge pot with it once. Ad Td is my other favourite hand., because I pulled a royal flush and a huge pot with that one too. |
