the worst paly ive ever seen

hi this is my first day on this site i just thought i would share a story about the worst poker play i have ever seen. it was about a month ago now and i had invited my roomates who also play poker and our friend to play at this guys home game. i was pretty new to the game myself but we needed players so i brought my 3 friends. one of them made a HUGE mistake and cost himself alot of money. we were only playing .25 .50 but these guys play a lil big for that its more like .50 $1 the way they bet and play but my friend has A Q of dimonds and raises the pot and gets two callers. the flop comes out and he has a straight and flush draw and a ryoal flush draw. the first player to call bets at the pot(witch he would do with alot of hands.) and my friend raises him and the person who bet calls on the turn my friend hits the nut straight and raises another bet then on the river my friend hits a royal flush and the player checked it to him he was last to act in a heads up pot at this point and he says " I check i have the nuts" and thats the idiots i play with lol.
