The worst attempt at baiting ive ever heard!

A guy on one of my tables has just to bait me with what can be only described as the worst attempt ever.

he said Daleyboy you dont play many hands do you, how are you supposed to win a tournament if you only fold, what a donk you are lol.

This is bearing in mind i had over the chip average and he had played(according to poker tracker) 88% of hands and raised pre flop 52%

he somehow had 3 times the average stack like, but i look forward to trapping him in the near future and making them all mine lol

just ignore him

i did i dont usually have chat on, i kind of laughed and saw it as a compliment at least someone recognizes i dont play stupid hands. ive been moved now and somehow hes in 2nd place out of 1700

Every time I put cross hairs on someone, it screws up my play.

I don't pay enough attention to the rest of the table.

Got to agree with Capt zigzag there,

what particularly annoys me is when i got lol'ed for being on the end of a bad beat etc. That infuriates me. But I quickly forget and move on.

As for the orginal question, yeah thats a real lame attempt , and sometimes the worst players go on mega streaks in MTT's.

I can remeber on 1k gtd $1 buyin on party poker the other day, I was ona table with a complete donk who would call/shove anything, at about 1 1/2 hours in he was still in with a short stack, We moved tables, I busted out about 30th or something check who was leading - him by about 200k chips lol.
And I coulda busted him earlier in a multiway pot but nvm.

A lot of varience in those MTT's

yea daley , i think your playing right, although i personally wouldnt try to plot on somebody. If they talk , let them talk. the game is about patience.

luckily its all good he's long gone along with many infuriating donks after him and im still in with 110 players left

When I see the table tight stack lose to a donk out on the river I always say "nh" to the donk. It often infuriates the other player and puts them off their game.

That sort of thing used to work on me. But I have managed to develop immunity.
