Withdrawl question for americans
Since this whole congress thing is about to take effect and screw all of us for stupid piggyback legislation.
What will happen to checks? Will a bank still accept checks from pokerstars, fulltilt, bodog etc. Is it now illegal for them to accept them and put that money in your account? I have not tried to withdrawl anything for awhile and have not heared or seen anyone rant that they have been stopped by their bank. I am assuming the PS for the WSOP had checks for everyone and not 10 mill sitting in the casino vault waiting for all their winner to show up and hand straight cash to everyone. I was thinking about taking some out via check since I don't have anything like epassport set up. Has anyone withdrawn lately from a poker site by check and had it work. |

I have cashed 3 checks from bodog without any problem, the check just looks like some sort of corporate check, no listing of gambling or bodog anywhere on it. I cannot vouch for PS, but Im guessing its the same thing

I use Epassporte and the electron visa card, people complain about their fees but they arent that bad in my opinion. The only time the fees are steep are when you deposit. other than that I pay 35$ a year for the card and are able to get cash in hand from most sites within 48 hours. CASH IN HAND and pay a 2$ fee per withdraw. The limit is 600 a day. Id pay more than the 35$ a year for that card. I just cant see where peeps say they have to high fees. The service is WELL WORTH IT!!!
