WireCard

So somehow I was able to sign up on Wirecard and deposit funds into Full Tilt a couple times before they decided not to accept US residents to transfer funds to gambling websites. Now I have about $100 stuck there with no way to withdraw it. I tried sending my self money through paypal using the virtual credit card but that got denied too. I tried to email them but I'm still waiting on a reply. Any ideas ?
