Why is there not a 7 card stud no limit

Just a curious question but why is 7 card stud always limit? i hate limit games but find this game interesting but not since its always limit. anyone know the reasoning?

7 stud is limit because you never have enough cards in the begining to have a 5 card hand. The game has that stucture even in the world series of poker

its better fixed limit who the hell would play no limit 7 stud in casinos its just better without no limit but texas holdemm you want no limit so the players wont chase
