Why JuiceeQ

Earlier today I posted about a free roll today at a site I have nothing to do with other than playing there acouple times a month. I just received a infraction for doing this. I am also a member of another site and the administrator praised me for keeping the forum members informed of free roll events. Also I would likre to know how this was considered "spamming"
