Why do you play poker?

For me its two folds

1) its a challenge to beat the "system"

2) its a bit of fun that brings in some cash...

whats your reason for playing?

same reason some people climb Mt Kilamanjaro. Because it's there.

It's fun, challenging, and rewarding. I've always liked games and I love winning, so poker is a hobby that's not only entertaining but also financially productive. What could be better? There's always room to learn, grow, and improve, and no two games are ever exactly alike, so even though it can become boring in long stretches, there's always something new about playing.
