Why do they continue to ignore the MAC?

Twenty seven percent of web users are on a Mac. Pretty hard to ignore those numbers.

Their techs are ignorant and lazy. And the owners are too stupid to know THEY'RE GETTING REAMED BY PROPELLER HEADS.

27% AND GROWING YOU IDIOTS

I'm hoping that the tide is turning. Frankly if I could run the things I want to I'd dump Micro$oft faster than 72o UTG.

Not that I'm against alternative operating systems. I encourage them. But I am a bit skeptical of that statistic, pie chart or no.

Mac has about 7% share in the personal computer market. But they make up almost four times that in terms of web users? A lot of personal computers being sold for non-web use these days or something?

I guess if they though that developing stuff that is mac compatible would be profitable, they'd be doing it - never heard of a business that didn't like to maximise profits. I guess the only conclusion that I can come to is that they're stupid (there is money to be made, but nobody realised it - VERY unlikely) or there isn't money to be made (in which case, who can blame them).

As an aside, when I purchase a product (be it a car, a computer, or anything else for that matter) I evaluate my needs and buy the most appropriate bit of kit. In the case of a computer, one of my (main) considerations would be the software available to use on it. I wouldn't but a Ferrari, then moan about the size of the boot (or trunk for you guys in the States) and neither would I buy a mac and complain about the lack of apps. that work on it.

I've owned a mac for 2 years now and I will never own a PC again.
I never have compatability issues I run all the software I need and want, I never get a "blue screen of death" . It talks to me and I can talk to it.
The only regret I have is buying a mac 6 months before they were made with Intel processors. So instead of running windows effortlessly I have to use a virtual machine using crappy MICROSOFT software. BUT it still works great and I can play poker anywhere. I only use windows for poker .Everything else I run on my MAC OS .
So spitting out a response that says Mac sucks, is like saying "online poker is rigged" sorry but is an uneducated response.
Easy to use....no drivers to find ..... no DLL's missing ....
My MAC is the BEST computer purchase I have ever made.
Go to the apple store near you and spend an hour or three playing with the new mac's you'll be impressed.
and NO I do not work for Apple.

PS. Pokerstars for mac .net beta has been released...... .com software coming soon.

MACS RULE!!!!

I have Windows XP and Vista on my laptops and desktops. Unix Yellow Dog on my PS3 and I will have a MAC soon enough. I don't know why but I sold 10.xx a few months ago on eBay then kicked myself in the arse for it.

I love something about each of them. Well I don't know why I like Yellow Dog? Maybe because its being ran by 7 kick ass CPU's???

You know why people don't like MAC's? They are afraid of change and being in a different enviroment. If you do any sort of Audio/Video you better own a MAC. Without one your paddling upstream with no oars. Sit your Mac on a network with a Windows machine, have a professional hacker hack them. See which one gets owned, and which one stands strong.

I like them all, but of course I'm an IT Guru so I have no choice!

When I first saw this, I thought someone was ticked that a team from the MAC didn't get a BCS bowl and put the thread in the wrong spot. LOL
