| It depends. Post specific hands over in the tournament HA section and we can comment on them. In general, the way you handle the bubble is dictated by what you've done in the leadup to the bubble, so a lot of the important decisions actually come when you're four-handed (maybe even earlier in this format - IDK, 9-man turbos are my usual game, not 6-max supers). |

In a normal situation, I'd be happy to be pushing most of those hands on the bubble of a 9-man turbo. So without a specific reason not to play them, they should be fine in a 6-man super turbo. Quote:

| i can prodomintely say i have successfull made a slight amount playin 6 man super turbos on Carbon. and the one thing i can say, well two major tips are: Watchout for the sick swings in those games,,,, seriously sometimes u lose three in a row and its like damn i have to win one to only lose slightly LOL Second, i tend to play extremely tight at the begginning becuase if u can double up early u sove ur big stack around and steal simple pots, and also ppl are also always afraid to bubble so the big stack and definitely bully Hope that helps! ttyl |

| Thanks Big, Yea im playing much tighter now and just shoving. Calling with 99 or better and if its 3 handed only calling the short stack (not med) when I get the right odds, or if i have any PP or premuim. Im bulding slowly. |

OP- these are three hands, instead of looking over what hands your losing with, why not check out what types of situations you are losing in, or more specifically, losing equity in. These could just be coolers (most of the time they are), and also keep in mind a sample size of like 3k+ is like a minimum for super turbos to even find out if your likely to be winning at a particular level. |

| re: Why do I keep bubbling? poker supers are super swingy. I had a friend who was very good at them and played them regularly at $55+ on FT and went on a sick 25 BI downswing in which he basically lost his mind -- Black Friday probably came at a good time for him. |

25 Buy in downswing More aggression before you reach the bubble stage. Turbos = Huge Variance - simple as that. |

| re: Why do I keep bubbling? poker Hate DoNs just sit there and try to take 1 person out then the blinds go higher, and everyone place super nit tight and the big stacks rake in all the blinds... and then even after u have 3k in chips you have to fight back with maginal hands just so the blinds wont eat you while all the short stacks are shoving constantly. nahh im good superturbos are what i like to play, no one has any clue how to play them. haha |

| Not at all I make some crazy plays often, and get them to fold to me more times than not. Sure luck is involved in any poker game, but every game has an edge. A good shove fold strategy goes a long way |

| They still have skill as oZ mentions, just a differant type of skill. Skills like mass multitabling, push/folding ranges, and probabilities come into play a lot more. NASH is way more important in ST's also. 25 buyin downswings are quite normal and happen quite often. Even more so in super turbos, i wouldn't be suprised if 50+ buyin downswings happen fairly regularly in ST games.. |

You should be widening your range and abusing the bubble not become a nit who is scared of bubbling. Worse advice ever. |
