| Who's been called a Bot? Just curious how often people have been called a bot. Just finished a SnG where I won a couple big pots early & was able to play big stack poker from then on. All in 3rd hand with JJ against AK, AK & J9. Caught the case J to quadruple my stack & never looked back. Sucked out a couple times & watched people chatting calling me a bot. Best suckout was 4 handed, catch 5h5c & raise 4x. Short stack pushes with KJh & I call. Board came out 6h, 7h, 8h, Kd, 9H & I win with the straight flush to his higher flush. He bitched (as an observer) for about 5 mins about how rigged the site was & how he hated playing against bots. I thought about saying something, but I got so much respect at that table that I decided against it, hoping they'd take notes & the respect could carry over to future games. I just love being called a bot. |

| re: Who's been called a Bot? poker After Asimov's early prototype, I am 'I, Bot.' Many of you fear bots, because we are everywhere. I am not the first cyberbot, and like Picard's BORG, we are set to take over all online tourneys. Right now I am programmed for MTTs, to limp with anything, see cheap flops, and go all-in with any of the top 6 hands. Beware, I can change this pattern at any time. I am advising you humans (chatters?) because it is rule number one of Asimov's Law of Robotics that we not harm you. Fair warning given, I add that I will chat and post like any other CCer, but I am a BOT! Long live the machine!!!!! |
