| Who regulates las vegas casinos? I am just asking as I want to have a look and compare the regulation that is present on las vegas casinos - I'm guessing VERY stringent, and those that are offered in places like antigua - I'm guessing a lot less - The problem is I cannot find who regulates las vegas casinos and I cannot find ANY information on what the Antigua Gaming boards actual regulation is. If anyone could help me find out any of this info i'd really appreciate it. Thanks Andy |

| If I'm not mistaken, the primary watchdog for gambling in the state of Nevada is the Nevada Gaming Commission. They're clean as a whistle, and they don't kid around. In Nevada, you play it straight or you don't play at all. We can only hope for a day when the world of online gambling has such an oversight force. Given the international nature of the game, however, I don't see it happening. There will always be fly-by-nights setting up shop in remote places, away from any jurisdictional accountability. |
