When to call it a day

I have been playing since 2:30pm EST - 4 - 9 person SNG / 1 45 person SNG and now .10/.20 limit for about an hour
I placed 3rd in two SNG - no other money and now I'm down $1.45 in the ring game. My starting BR was $100 - now it's at $96.25 -
No cards are hitting for me in the ring game post flop and at this level, no one folds. I am only playing hands in Groups 1-4 (24) - Should I ride this out or call it a day?

Do you want to keep playing? Do you think you can keep playing at your best? Then keep playing. Answer no to either of the above questions? Quit.

Maybe I'll keep playing until the pizza gets here.

but seriously stop if u feel like ur losing concentration and making bad plays, thats a sign of tiredness and that is usually my queue to stop

Well, I'm still playing correctly and just got paid off big with some guy with A-rag against my AK. That felt good. And I am just about to win another one with a flush. Up to $6.60 from the orignal $5. Seems like things are turning. Pizza not here yet

Will I would never set time limits ( like till the pizza gets here ) or Cash limits ( unless its a limit you can lose thats fine there allot of people who need that....I sure could of when I started ) these limits you place will give you an incorrect view of your game and in the end it has good chance of hurting your overall winnings. Allot of pros say you should play until you fell like your game is starting to drag down a little.... maybe just a nice hour break or do what I do I take a 3mile run and a shower gets me so pumped to play and you have clear head to conquer your opponents.. These are just my views though play when it feels right for you... make that money

Thanks for the advice guys, it helped me get through all that folding. Anyway, break time 'cause Pizza's here and I'm starving. But I'll be back at it after a break.
By the way, I'm now at $7.50 and my BR stands at $100.20 -a .2% profit!!

Never risk more than five percent of your bankroll in any session. So if you get down to 95 dollars that's the time to quit.

When to quit?

When you are too tired, hungry, angry, distracted or <insert adjective here> to keep you from focusing and playing your best.

Never be results oriented, it's a recipe for disaster. You can't worry about how much you have lost (or how much you have won) so far this session, it's all in the past and you can't change it. But worrying about your last 3 losses can and will affect the current hand and usually negatively.

If you still have patience and you arent on tilt, then keep going. If you believe you are playing your A game you just have to wait for cards if thats how you play. If not, mix it up and try to steal pots.

When you lose $10 of a 100 BR, its time to quit, even if youre not on tilt, just go back later and see how the cards go to you
