When is it,,, "on a draw" and when is it,,"chasing"? One guy told me when you do it, it's chasing,,, when I do it,,It's being on a draw... Is there a legit answer to this question?

No difrence excepted the way its used.
Im drawing, or im on a draw vs That dumb ****ing donk was chasing.......

draw usually implies you need 1 card to make a straight or a flush. If you lose, your were chasing, if you say something first after losing, you can say you were on a draw, if villain says something first, it will be along the lines that your were chasing.

However, there are some chases that make no sense to me, like chasing an A because you got overcards..........

How about if you have proper odds to call you are drawing to the nuts and if you don't you are chasing.

^^^ this pretty much. It's not about pot odds or anything or the sort. Think of "on a draw" as a noun and "chasing" as a verb. What you have (noun) is a draw and what you are doing (verb) is chasing the card you need to make your draw.
