2.25 buy in on full tilt poker.. 6 players... winner takes home more than 7.. I like this one. 2 players cash as oppose to the 9 player one where 3 players cash.

holdem baby Holdem is always the best game. I like razz too but, there is rarely a low limit game available. I think holdem is the game widely played, so most people should stick with what they are use to if you want to experience success.

re: What is your Favorite Low Stakes SNG. poker I like the pokerstars Double-up sit'n go. They start as low as $1.10, feature a single 10 player table, and pay the top five finishers double the buy-in. (A 1.10 buy-in pays $2.00) A conservative player can win these pretty consistently and accumulate frequent player points which allows them to enter $500 and $1000 freerolls.

anywhere i play at different sites ,,,low stakes,,, if your wanting to learn and have a better chance of holding on to some of your money,,,try bodog sng's they have single table (at different buy-ins) these sng's pay five places instead of your normal three places...of course the pay out for the top places are lower but it for sure gives you a better chance to stay in the mix. just my low-budjet thoughts take care

The matrix games on Full Tilt are ok, $1, $2 and $5 are usually fairly soft but occassionally packed with idiots! lol. 4 boards so a $2 game is like 4 50c games. Only need a first in one and a top 3 in any other for a profit. Not too difficult if you have any patience. The $3 90 seat SnG knockout is pretty good too. 50c per kill and top 9 get paid. I've won a few of these for $72 plus your kills.

Bring Your Patience I like playing the $2 HORSE, 8 player SnG's at Full Tilt. Top three place. If you are patient you can make it by waiting for the donks who just HAVE TO play EVERY hand. When you get to the higher blinds, this strategy usually wears itself out and then you can take advantage of them. I also like the Carbon $2 SnGs. I play these pretty much the same way and can usually cash 8 out of 10 games. Good Luck!

Any on the non-turbo 90 person SNGs on pokerstars are really good. The blind structure is much better than any of their other sngs. 10 min blinds, but the blind increases are much lower (i.e. 10/20, 15/30, 20/40, 25/50), plus you start with 2000 chips and top 12 out of 90 get paid. I play mostly these, the 180's and the single table 9's.

I play the $1 45 player turbo sngs at pokerstars - also $3 and $7 I think.. looked at the 90 player, but woould take too long for me. non-turbo sngs have double the rake I think and take too long so not for me! in terms of rake the $2 bounty sngs on merge are good ($0.20 total rake in the 6 player sng, or about 2%, as they add $1 to prizepool) ipoker have the jackpot sngs if you think you're really good (win 5 in a row for jackpot of about 500 times buyin or so?) full tilt have their academy sng challenges, so can get points (still waiting to find out what they're worth) whilst playing sngs....(worth it if on rakeback as well!) lots of sites (eg pokerstars 'battle of the planets', merge normal leaderboard and 'streaker' leaderboard) have leaderboards for 1 table sngs partypoker (eu only) have awful rake (20%), but equally awful players in the 30 player $3 sngs... worlds worst players play at bodog and 888 though... depends on what exactly you are after, but all of above worth looking into...

re: What is your Favorite Low Stakes SNG. poker I like to play the 2$ bounty SNG at carbon poker, 6 or 10 players. I like the bounty SNG because you can get your buyin even if you don't get to the money.

i like the $2 games...the competition on average isnt that good, you still get paid on your big hands like at .50cents and $1.... but without the all in preflop junk every other hand....5$ sng you dont get paid off as much on your straights and sets atleast i dont (people final start to learn where the fold button is at $5)

For me the best is the 90-man $1. +.25 on FullTilt. It's double stack (3k starting chips), 10-minute blinds, and it pays 18 places. The double stack provides some cushion for dealing with the early stage idiots and their donk-outs, and 10 minute blinds means you can sit back & wait for a good hand. I'll have to try the 90-mans at PokerStars, thanks for the tip, jordanbillie! Then there's the Bodog beginner tourneys where the top 5 get paid. If you finish 5th you lose the rake. Pretty easy money, if somewhat of a grind. These are really cash cows (shhh).

But then again, if you're just looking for a good quick game... I hardly ever play the sit-n-goes any more once I discovered the $2.20 sat to the Double Deuce. One out of 11 gets $20 +$2.entry into the Double Deuce which you can cash in or play, field is usually under 100. ... and if you wait for end of the late registration, it's usually more like 1 in 9
