Playing ring games at that level what would be a good number range for profit per week/month?

Oh and it also matters how many tables will you run and what BR are you using.

Using around 500$ bankroll running 1-2 tables at a time.

I think you should try and see if you can do 3 - 4 tables and still play good.

It usually helps because it is a lot easier to throw away junk hands since you will be getting more good hands (or more hands in general).

But otherwise ya I guess $500 - $1500 isn't an unreasonable amount of cash per month if you include bad beats but still play good. Maybe one month you will win an MTT or something and get that few $xxx bonus

Let's say you make 10bb/100 hands, and see 100 hands per hour (50 x 2 tables), that's $10/hour x 15 hours per week x 4.5 weeks per month = $675 per month.

Yes, but he also said good profit which means he is thinking above not just average. Or at least that is what I had gotten from that "good"....

Possibly minus is the first thing that I though, too. Not everybody can make a profit or even break even - it is less than a zero sum game due to the rake. And had I not known that premierplayer was probably above average, I might have made the same comment. That being said, I think "jackass" does not exactly add positive points to the response.

These are around the areas i play a lot of and people who are suggesting $600 - $900 are pretty much spot on as this is what i can usually make each month.

Do allow for bad suckouts and down swings as well though - putting a figure out there of course no way means that is what will happen

When I first got here (not that long ago) I did not see hundreds of members coming in every day with a few posts and never being heard of again.

New members are not bad, but when you come to a forum and just start flaming members.....I am sorry but that does not sound like a good contribution to any community. He was being a jackass so premierplayer had the right to call him a jackass....
