what went wrong...

here i played for 3 hours and this are two key hands where i drop out on.

this guy whas going all in a lot on hands like AQ AJ A10 ...and every now and then 66... and keep showing them. now he pushed with KK .. whas the call wrong? (it is one of the later stage's in the tournament less then 150 people left)

and here i go out on, everybody in early position folds one call before the CO, and i push with A5 short stack because i needed around 2400. ( BB 1000 SB 500 A 900 = 2400) so i really wanted 24.000 but i only had 9000 chips.

and this happens ... to much, so i think i need to play smaller tournament. this was around 2000 people.. what do you guys suggest?!?!?!

Play some of the 180-man SNGs

i am thinking about that, but then again i don't like the 10% pay out system.

I wouldn't suggest you do much different other than to learn that losing is apart of poker. Go read a WSOP blog to see how the pros get it in during a real tournament. You'll see big hand vs. big hand, and late in tourneys you see A-x vs. A-x or K-x vs. Q 10. That's just the way it is. I know that doesn't make you feel better, but I've bubbled many tourneys in AC where I got it in with the best of it and went home empty handed but full of the knowledge that I played my best.

i know losing is a part of poker, i just had a major down swing any 2 outer seemed to hit ... but again that's poker i guesse. i hope that i stay out of the downswing at least for a while now, or else i won't be able to keep a stack left

No one can tell you what you should've done, simply by reading a thread (especially in your specific situation). If you called w/ KJo... then we've got a problem- lol.
