What should I put in my notes

I have noticed that a lot of sites let you take notes on players. I normally play at Paradise and when you move the cursor over the players name, your notes are shown. I really like this feature but my question is what kind of notes do you folks take? I have been logging the first 15 hands or so, not counting blinds. I track how many times each player calls or raises preflop and also what each player was holding if the cards are shown. This gives me a basic idea whether a player is loose or tight. What else should I be noting?

I usually note how they play certain hands preflop, ex. "always raises big with nothing and slow plays big pocket pairs".

Also, I jot down how they play post flop when they hit a set or how they play if a pair flops on the board, etc.

Another thing I write down is if they tend to protect their blinds or are super-tight when in them.

15 hands isn't really enough to draw any conclusions about a player - you could be marking them as loose/aggro when they're just getting a good run of cards, for example.

That said, some of the stuff I note is...

- Tight/Agg, Loose/Agg, Tight/Pass, Loose/Pass (for pre and postflop).
- Minbet = strength/weakness?
- Overbet = strength/weakness?
- Does/doesn't usually bet draws.
- Does/doesn't chase without pot odds.
- Overvalues pocket pairs - yes/no?
- Bluffs - never/rarely/often.
- Attempts blind steal - never/rarely/often.
- Defends blinds - never/rarely/often.
- Good/bad/average player overall.
