What poker software do you use?

Well I was searching for some poker software and found a couple dozen. Was wondering which free software do you use to help your play? And also as important how does it help you?

BTW I use bodog so I want to make sure its legal with them, and they wont steal my money for using a program. Thanks again for your help

I don't use free software. I use PokerTracker with the PokerAce HUD. People who use Poker Office seem to like it as well.

Mine was kinda free

I have HoldemGenius, which I got free for playing a certain number of hands. It's a great instant odds calculator that links right into the pokertable and you don't have to input anyinformation. The more you play, however, the more the odds are engrained into your brain and you have little need for the calculator.

Hmmm not sure bout poker softwares, I never use them, odds are all in my head . Free software sounds dodgy though, might have alot of spyware in them so use it at your own risk.

Poker Tracker is not about calculating odds. It's about statistical analysis of your opponents playing history. If you know a guy has VPIP of 10 or his pre-flop aggression is high, these facts can be instrumental in helping you make decisions in playing against them. It's also helpful for reviewing hands you lost or won and dissecting them to figure out what you're doing right/wrong and how you can plug leaks in your game. Want to know how you have done with AQ suited over your past 20,000 hands? This software can tell you how much you've won/lost, etc.
