| The best possible hand when the cards come out. example if you hold AJ of spades and the board comes 10s Qs 7d you have the nut draw to the royal flush or nut str8 if the turn comes a ks then you have the nuts cause no other hand could beat you. |

| a problem with the "nuts" is when u confussed ur hand with the nuts, like u have A/A and flop is A T 3 J 2 so u think u have the nuts but the really nuts is K/Q |
