What do you do while playing poker?

I listen to music and take notes.

I play cash.

And if I don´t play 3 tables at same time, I get bored fast.

great time to catch up on emails.. depends on how many games I have open.

Play poker , it depends on the tournament , as well as during the game I get on the social networks.

I almost always listen to music, if its low stakes or freerolls I have videos playing on half of my screen. It reduces my urge to play weak hands or get bored. However when I notice opportunities to get chips in I focus 100% on what I'm doing or if the pack in a tourney is thinning.

I play poker in a noisy environment, I am habituated to concentrate more on my game also with some entertainment. Most of the time I listen music while playing poker.

I usually n can play poker in silence... just to have children, but the times i ve come farther was when i had the opportunity to be quiet without any of these children to be near jaja..... and sometimes do other things when playing for real money, not allowing me to play with either hand and can expect a good hand.

I multi-task while I play, and it's the worst thing I can do. But I don't have a phone and have to talk on facebook. So I think of something I want to talk to someone about, there I go trying to do that while playing 3 tables sometimes. I'm also always looking at the tourny lobby. No wonder I don't win very much lol.

Basically when I play I watch TV or listen to music.

I'll watch tv or youtube videos. Sometimes listen to music. A new thing for me is roaming cardschat forums.

Most often I will listen to music or surf the web or do a little online shopping and most likely the TV is on. I tend not to have any instant messenger open given I'm not able to concentrate on either the conversation or poker, that well.

I watch TV while playing poker. Sunday's are the best with a football game and poker. It helps with being patient when card dead and just waiting for that killer hand. I enjoy internet poker but don't take ...it too seriously always playing for fun , Always .

Music is a must for me and if there is a sports game I am interested or have bet on I will stream it on my other monitor.

I find music too distracting. Lately i've been listening to a youtube video of howling winter winds !! I have it on loop while playing. It seems to shut out the rest of the world rather well.

I am a fan of watching anything good on tv.. to not let me get caught up in the fact I folded a winner or what not. I do like to focus, but if you over analyze your tournament then it could lead to bad decisions... If I am playing late in a small buy in I will also have a couple drinks
