WEB CAM POKER

A poker site got in touch the other day by email,
wanted me to fill in questionaire normally delete, but thought i might score for a freeroll or some thing lol.
Filling it in , normall questions at first then started asking question about webcam, would i use a webcam on pokersite etc. showed me a pic. of what it would be like on there site.
It looked brill, a square box next to your seat with your cam on !!
See everone live at the table.

That sounds like a lot of trouble. Unfair advantage for people not using the cam. People playing nude wouldn't work. Couldn't' get real reads on anyone because the screen would be to small and they could be looking at another table. Also there would probably be bandwidth issues. So I think it's a bad idea .

It would make it a lot easier to flip someone off that just sucked out on ya. LOL

It would be up to you to use it or not.

I think that certain tables could have the restriction placed that in order to play you must have the cam switched on.

Bandwidth issues.. the software could run a check and ascertain if your line would support it.. if not then you cant join the cams where cams are required.

Multi tabling.. maybe certain tables are single play only.

Overall I like the idea.. I think its the start of things to come. Its all about choice and offering people new ways to enjoy the game.

i found poker54.com, but it doesn't work any more !!!

i like playing real poker in casino and i find this idea very good for such players

haha, ppl havin a deck of cards nearby to show the cards they have as a pseudo bluff. pointing the cam at some vulgar post-it note they've written about someone at the table. they'd have to have *adult* poker rooms for those who want to show off...or play strip poker

sounds like a good idea, but realistically i think it would be a while before it could ever take effect in a mainstream poker room.

Au contraire. It would work very well indeed if they were hot women.

I would probably point it elsewhere if it were a necessity.

Its just a matter of time, soon online will be visual too... If I can broadcast a hit show with my cat, why not myself (or my dog) playing poker?

if this was implemented into a poker site and it was mandatory to have a webcam it would sure fix those multi accounters up just my 2 cents though could be a good idea

sounds shocking.... made me laugh so much when i heard this, could see alot of abuse using it!!!! dont think it will happen
