WCOOP Main Event still going on.....

They're down to 5 players left and have been playing for 19 hours and 10 mins. That's insane but no matter how you break that down they're all getting at least 300k at this point so:

300k/19= $15,789 per hour. I need a job like that

Yeah, i'm rooting for her, although it would seem that Ka$ino has a stranglehold on the other 4 at the moment, no one seems to want to go up against him.

I guess she didn't put him on 92s. Way to let him get there Vanessa!

I saw ka$ino call off 6 million HU on the the river and lost to pair of Aces-4 kicker.

I guess after 20 hours of play, you make inspired decisions...

Bah, I had to go back to work, I was only on my lunch break. But it was cool getting to watch some more of it before it finished, especially as 5 went to 2 in a matter of 10 mins or so. I was rooting for Vanessa, but now that they're heads up I think that theV0id has a decent shot (unless he's lost already since I left lol). Either way, 1.4M or 700k is a good day, a very, very ,very good day.

I wish Hevad Khan would've taped himself. Boy did he have a crappy downfall (JJ against a raise all in and isolation raise, so he raises them all in, one has AK, the other had AA. Hevad was down to 60k after that hand)

Well.....

As much as i'd really like them to be still playing when I get off work, I highly doubt that will be the case because I dont get off for another 2 hrs and I'd only give it like a 10% chance of them not being done; although I can always catch the replay that I'm sure Pokerstars will run forever.

That is sorta weird that he's not on opr, he has one result on the pokerdb... and that is a $1,378,330.50 win, earlier today...

I guess he just doesn't want his stats to be publicly tracked.

There is gossip on 2+2 that the winner 'TheVoid' is under investigation. Some quotes from the thread below

"Apparantly the winners real name is a sister of Mark Telscher and both him and his "sister" played in the same event under the same IP."

"Mark Teltscher is known as "play2kill" online. He finished 2nd in Barcelona this year, and has won a EPT event before. ( London 2005 ) "

"Allegedly Mark Teltscher was playing FIVE accounts, and the money has already been frozing. An ongoing investigation is taking place."

"This is shocking to me, because earlier, a friend who loathes Mark Teltscher reckoned it was probably him because "he is the only cunnt arrogant enough to put monte-carlo". Obviously the context of this was that it was revealed it was a UK account. Mark is known for greeting people with a line like "hello, my name is mark teltscher, I live in park lane and drive a ferrari"."

what a cooler.

well if these allegations are true...what will they do with the money? spread it out among the rest of the itm field accordingly? (give percentages until it runs out---whatever the prize pool percentages were for the ME)

no way, i cant imagine that they'd just hand over 1.3 mill to the 2nd place finisher. if they do that then theyd have to shift down ALL prizes won a place, and then distribute the leftovers.

95% probability they let the cheater keep the money, 5% that they'll redistribute the prize money down one spot.

im pretty sure there would be a law suit and/or major problems(at the very least) if they did find out he was indeed cheating and they still let him keep the 1.3 mill.

They've done it before (and often). And there was no lawsuit.
