2 days ago I won(!) a $150 freeroll at casinoeuro (PokerRoom Network) after a lot of luck and a pinch of skill.
This gave me $37,5 and started playing $5 Shorthanded Turbo Sit and Go's(5 handed pays out 70%-30%). Here is my plan and results: Bankroll Buy-in Results (place) 5,5 .... 5+.5 ... 1,2,2,5,4,3,1,1,2,5,1 80 ..... 10+1 ... 1,3,2,2 200 .... 20+2 - 400 .... 30+3 - 800 .... 50+4 - Current Bankroll is 102,8 (I've been playing a little $10 NL cashgames too). Is this a WAY too steep "limitjumping"? (I am very impacient with a very small screen, thats why I play shorthanded and not multitabling). I would like to recieve all suggestions from all players. generally, you play with no more than %5 of your bankroll at one time, but starting out with a very small bankroll, it's perfectly fine to gamble at the higher stakes if you can afford it; it takes forever to grind out say $50 at a 1c/2c table.
