Video Hand Replay

Is it possible to record the video type hand replay as is available on FTP and post it here? Short of doing a video screen capture and post it as such, I thought you guys might know of an easier way. For me, reviewing a hand this way is so much more informative than creating my own imagery from the cards given.

If you have poker tracker there is a hand replay feature in it. Just click on the hand that you want and replay it step by step. You can also use pokerhandreplays.com

I'm sure they could, but most people are good with just posting up the HH in the text format. If you wanted though, you could post them up in the videos section on here and get some feed back.
