| This is very wierd, help anyone??? Hi all, Ok first question has to be is titan and noble part of the same network? I've been playing at noble for about 2yrs or there abouts, no problem, deposited several hundred dollars over time too. Today I download titan which happens to be the same software and I can't remember my login details so I email them and ask giving my full name date of birth etc... While i'm waiting to hear from titan I go to noble and can't login, check my email and they've sent me a new password, I didn' request one and wondered why they sent a new one, ok so I go back to noble and try to login with this new password and they've locked my account?????? Meanwhile titan responds telling me my details were sent to the email address I signed up with which was one i've never heard of before, it was an aol email address but not even close to the one I use and i've only ever had the one. Do these two poker rooms corrupt each other in any way or something?? Anyone know or had this problem before? I'm still waiting on replies from both poker rooms now but it's kind of worrying that they can just lock your account for no reason. Tony |

| Sorted ( sort of ) Hi all, Thanks for the replies, they got back to me fairly quickly and told me it was a "glitch". The software automatically locked my account because of 3 attempts at login was unsuccessful. That's the wierd part now as my software always has "autologin" feature enabled so I don't have to remember the password, this time it failed to log me in so I tried 3 times with my password and it didn't recognise it, apparently the second time it sent me a new password automatically and I didn't realise it so was logging in after the 2nd time with the wrong password if that makes any sense. They ignored my question about if they were related to titan so I thankyou wsorbust for enlightening me on that one. Thanks also shortstacked for your reply, if your friend still has money tied up there I would tell him to continue to contact them to try and get that, that's a nice bankroll and i'm sure I wouldn't let it go, I know you said it was a different site but poker rooms change hands and he might be able to get access now if it's been a while and there is a different manager. | The situation now Hi all, Thanks for the replies, the situation now is that I have my noble account ok and get still play there, titan seems fine and that is sorted by the admin and I have my login info and the software comes up just fine, only problem is it just won't log me in, it continuously stays in offline mode and when I try to login the login screen stays there for an eternity and nothing happens. As it is I still can't seem to get to play titan, I'm thinking that something in the noble software interferes with the titan software, the only way I can test this is to uninstall noble and see if I can then get into titan, if that is the case then it means I would be able to play one or the other not both, I had this same problem a long time ago with two prima sites. Will let you know if I sort it out, meanwhile if I had to choose between titan and noble which one should I choose based on players who have played both? I've never played titan for the reasons above so would need to make the decision initially based on what I read here. Since downloading titan again i'm having serious "timeout" problems and even getting kicked out of the software altogether at Noble, never had those probs before so it must be down to a conflict between the two softwares ( i'm thinking ). Thanks for the help Tony |

| Well, both Titan and Noble are part of the iPoker network, which would probably explain why you should only run one at a time. I know when I downloaded and registered at Titan (after having first registered at Noble) that I couldn't use the same username/nickname. As for which to play, IMO they are pretty similar. I would suggest Titan only because the vast majority of CC games are held there. Good luck, Tony! |
